PMBA USA offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all of its courses. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you can request a refund within 2 days of purchase. To request a refund, simply contact PMBAUSA customer support (support@pmbausa.com) and explain why you are not satisfied with your course. PMBA USA will then issue you a full refund.

When you visit the Website, our servers automatically record certain information. This information may include your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements around the site, and gather demographic information.

  • Refunds are only available for courses that have not been started. If you have started a course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only available for courses that have been purchased within the last 2 days. If you purchased a course more than 2 days ago, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days of receiving your request.
  • Administrative fees, enrollment charges, and any costs associated with materials (such as books, shipping, processing fees or software) are non-refundable.
  • Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of PMBA USA management
