- Individual outcomes vary with your certification status, experience, location, market conditions, and effort. Testimonials on this site are individual experiences, not promises of typical results.
- Every fee is published on its program page: total cost, what it includes, and any optional costs such as additional reattempts. If a price is not on the page, you do not owe it.
- Our refund policy is published in full on the Refund Policy page and summarized at checkout before you pay.
- Complaints and concerns: compliance@pmbausa.com — acknowledged within 3 business days. Nothing in our terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or applicable US consumer protection laws.
Every PMBAUSA credential holder agrees to a professional code: code only what the documentation supports; protect patient privacy under HIPAA and applicable law; refuse participation in fraudulent billing; represent credentials accurately — including the voluntary, non-governmental nature of PMBAUSA credentials; and maintain continuing competence. Violations, including misrepresenting a PMBAUSA credential as a degree or government qualification, may result in credential revocation, reflected on our public verification registry.
They are different things, and we do not claim equivalence. AAPC and AHIMA credentials
are the industry's recognized certifications — most of our fellows hold one. PMBAUSA
fellowships add practically assessed specialty depth on top of certification. We recommend
certification first; fellowships after.
No credential — ours or anyone's — can honestly promise that. What we provide is skills
training, an assessed portfolio, career support, and recognition within our employer partner
network. Employment depends on your complete profile and the market.
PMBAUSA LLC is a private credentialing organization. We are not accredited by, recognized
by, or affiliated with the US Department of Education, CHEA, AHIMA, AAPC, CMS, or any
government body — and we state this openly because your trust matters more to us than
an impressive-sounding claim. Wherever we reference any private accreditation or
membership body, we name it precisely and describe exactly what it is.
You receive written feedback and one included reattempt. The credential is earned by
meeting the published standard — it is not guaranteed by payment.

Complete beginners. Fellowships assume coding certification or equivalent experience —
without that foundation, a fellowship will feel overwhelming and will not serve you. If you
