Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made on www.pmbausa.com for training programs, demo sessions, certifications, fellowships, and related services offered by PMBAUSA LLC.

By making a payment on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

  1. General Policy Statement

PMBAUSA LLC provides professional education, training, demo sessions, and voluntary certification programs. Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to learning resources, refunds are limited and governed strictly by the conditions outlined below.

  1. Demo Sessions
  • Fees paid for demo sessions, orientation programs, webinars, or preview classes are non-refundable
  • Non-attendance or partial attendance does not qualify for a refund
  • Demo sessions are conducted for awareness and evaluation purposes only
  1. Training & Certification Programs
  2. Before Course Access Is Provided

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The request is submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, and
  • Course access, LMS credentials, study materials, or recordings have not been issued

Approved refunds will be processed after applicable deductions.

  1. After Course Access Is Provided

Once any of the following are provided:

  • LMS login credentials
  • Study materials or digital resources
  • Recorded sessions or live class access
  • Exam registration or certification processing

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  1. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria
  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Non-completion of course or exam
  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations
  • Internet, device, or personal constraints
  • Missed classes, exams, or deadlines
  • Certification exam failure

Eligible for Refund/Exchange (within 30 days):

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook twice.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong eBook.

 

Distance Learning online courses may be cancelled for a full refund within two days after the date of purchase, provided that the student has not accessed the online course. After Two business days, course cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per course, Refunds will not be issued for any course that has been accessed, viewed, or partially completed, and no refund is available for any course after seven days from the purchase date. Course refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@pmbausa.com for review and consideration. No refunds will be issued for course extensions. Distance Learning courses are for individual use only and are nontransferable.

  1. Certification Disclaimer

All certifications/fellowships offered by PMBAUSA LLC are voluntary professional credentials.
They are not government licenses, and no employment, promotion, salary increase, or placement is guaranteed.

Refunds will not be provided based on career outcomes or employment results.

  1. Cancellation by PMBAUSA LLC

In rare circumstances where PMBAUSA LLC cancels a program due to:

  • Operational constraints
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues

An alternative session or credit may be offered. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of PMBAUSA LLC.

  1. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers

Payments on this website are processed securely via Razorpay.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), users must email:

Incomplete requests will not be processed.

  1. Final Authority

PMBAUSA LLC reserves the final right to approve or reject any refund or cancellation request.
All decisions made by PMBAUSA LLC shall be final and binding.
